Integrated life saving response to drought and conflict affected communities

Description

This project supports the immediate needs of the most vulnerable children, internally displaced people and host communities affected by conflict, drought and desert grasshoppers in Moyale (woreda) district in Dawa Zone, Somali region.

The intervention areas are the 5 most affected kebeles (neighborhoods): Chamuk, Malba, Legsure, Elgof and Karay. The project also targets host communities by offering them vaccination campaigns aimed at improving livestock health (essential for the local economy) and distributing agricultural materials and livestock.
