Enrolments are now open for the second level Master in Cooperation and Development at the University of Pavia. The Master trains professionals and is an opportunity for all those who want to pursue a career in international cooperation.
The Master in Cooperation and Development takes place at the University of Pavia and at the Almo Collegio Borromeo and includes 500 hours of classroom and online teaching followed by a 3-6 month field placement. Admission is restricted to 30 Italian and international students and the courses are taught entirely in English.
Financial aid is available for deserving or disadvantaged students, including partial or full scholarships and contributions for accommodation in Pavia.
The Master’s in Cooperation and Development in Pavia is part of the Cooperation and Development Network (CDN) of international master programmes in Italy, Kenya, Nepal, Colombia and Palestine, which aim to train experts in the fields of cooperation, economics and human development.
CISP is a partner of the Master in Cooperation and Development in Pavia and a member of the Consortium for Cooperation and Development, which promotes the quality of education in the field of cooperation. It offers students participating in the master programme the opportunity to carry out their internship within their own organisation, allowing them to live an immersive experience in international cooperation.
The Master’s course and the COVID-19 pandemic.
The last two editions of the Master’s programme were also held during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This year's edition will therefore be able to take place regularly: lessons will be held in-person or online according to the guidelines provided by the Italian Government and traineeships will be held in countries where international agreements allow travel and stay.
