CISP is pleased to announce the launch of infomigranti.org, a website aimed at migrants, asylum seekers, and refugees residing in Italy. It gathers useful information to help them understand key services related to employment, healthcare, education, and how to obtain the necessary documents to live in this country.
Developed by CISP in collaboration with Access Point, infomigranti.org provides frequently asked questions and comprehensive yet simple answers on four major categories: employment, healthcare, education, and documents.
To broaden the content, more information is included to facilitate the understanding of the democratic values behind those services, along with a page featuring helpful guides, a key words vocabulary, and external links to other organizations' websites for further assistance and information.
The entire website is proposed in Italian to facilitate comprehension and familiarisation with specific terms used in various aspects of the Italian daily life and bureaucracy.
The initiative
infomigranti.org was created to protect vulnerable groups living in Italy and, through the knowledge of useful information for everyday life, promote their ability to assert their rights, act as responsible citizens, feel less isolated, and more supported.
The website was developed as part of the project The Land of ARII: Afghans and the Network of Inclusive Interventions, funded by the Lazio Region through CISP and with the contribution of the Intesa Sanpaolo Charity Fund.
