The action aims to contribute to the right to education for all refugee children in the emergency context of Sahrawi camps, improving access to education in a safe and context-sensitive environment. The project aims to ensure access to a safe learning environment with adequate water, hygiene, and sanitation facilities for schooled children through the reconstruction of a primary school in the Dakhla camp and the rehabilitation of two primary schools and a secondary school in the Smara camp.

Complete reconstruction and equipment of a primary school in Dahla (Said Haidoug).
Rehabilitation of hygiene and sanitation facilities in the primary schools of Ali Bila and Brahim Mohammed Ahmed and in the intermediate school Abda Mohammed in Smara.
Monitoring of work by local technical studies.
Update of the five-year strategy for the rehabilitation/construction of school infrastructure (2020-2024).
