The project seeks to consolidate the training schools for democratic participation in the future Medellín, with the creation of 79 schools for citizen participation. It also promotes diplomas aimed at communal or corregimental planning councils, within the framework of the project to strengthen citizen participation bodies for local development, prioritised by PL and PP.
